Shoppers Drug Mart?s Pink Event in Support of Look Good Feel Better - 29 Apr 2013

Our Lower Lonsdale Noir Stars will be teaming up with Shoppers Drug Mart Dundarave Village (2490 Marine Drive, West Vancouver) on May 4th from 12pm-6pm  at their Pink Event in support of Look Good Feel Better.  We’ll be providing Pretty in a Quickie’s (our fantastically fast, mini-lash service available complimentary and EXCLUSIVELY at events!) and lashes 101 on alternatives for those going through or have previously had chemo-therapy.

This event aims to beautify, educate and raise funds so that Look Good Feel Better can  help build confidence and hope for women facing cancer. Makeovers for the soul, Look Good Feel Better’s mission is one near and dear to our hearts – we just couldn’t pass up the opportunity to help women get gorgeous while facing cancer,  because everyone should have fabulous lashes.

Tickets available in-store for 10$ with 5$ going to Look Good Feel Better and the remaining 5$ is redeemable on any purchase made during the event.

17th Annual Canadian Cancer Society Daffodil Ball - 22 Apr 2013

Vancouver’s glamorous Daffodil Ball will be celebrating their 17th year fundraising for the Canadian Cancer Society.  An evening of sophistication and an event never missed on one’s social calendar; every year they not only match their previous years, but go above and beyond their goal.  This year we are totally proud to be aiding in beating last year’s record breaking $900,000!

We donated a fabulous package for this fabulous event, featuring 4 full sets of lash extensions.  Go glam with your girlfriends or use them for up-keep of your own lash addiction- we’re just happy these lashes are going to be auctioned off to a lash addict with a heart of gold!

The black-tie event will take place at the Fairmont Hotel, Vancouver, on April 27th.  Tickets available: HERE

Children of the Street Society - 7 Mar 2013

March 11th-17th is BC’s ?Stop the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Youth? Awareness Week and we’re proud to be sponsoring a celebration in honor of this on March 13th!  Children of the Street Society is a BC based organization that provides educational programs and workshops for the prevention of the sexual exploitation of youth.

We think this fabulous cause definitely deserves a celebration and we have contributed four flirty, fabulous Le Fling gift cards to be auctioned off during the event on March 13th – with all profits going to Children of the Street Society. Who knew spoiling yourself with lush lashes could feel so good?
